Microsoft Documents Issue
We the IT Team, recommending all to convert your old version of DOCUMENTS (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to a newer version due to some reported technical issues.
If your document has a .DOC, .XLS, .PPT file type, please convert it to .DOCX, .XLSX, or .PPTX.

STEPS ON CONVERTING FILE
1. Click File from your top Menu bar.
2. Click Save As
3. A pop-up window will appear. Select "Word Document" from the Save As Type Selection.
4. Choose a directory for your saving.
5. Click SAVE.
